Jem Yoshioka is an illustrator and artist. She has studied graphic design and feels that this, along with her Japanese lineage, has a strong influence on her work. Jem is a storyteller above all else and strives to always find the very best medium to convey her favourite tales. From visual images to words to songs to crafts, Jem works with them all. She is currently working on writing and illustrating a graphic novel concept called The Otherwalls.
